Organizational Development and Social Change, Part 1
People who are learning what I do for a living often ask me how I got into this line of work. I love answering this question. It gives me the chance to discuss two of my greatest passions: organizational development and working for social change.

This first podcast in my series on leadership, learning, and transformation answers the “why do you do what you do?” question I hear so often. Use the audio player above to discover how I found my path, why I remain on it despite the obstacles, and how I’ve managed to avoid burnout.
